The power in the room was off. The only light was coming through the double pane window that she was sitting next to. A blue couch was angled at the corner of a room and a light was standing behind it in the off postition. Pictures of her with friends and family aligned the wall in that corner, and much more around the house for that matter.
Turning to the left she looked out the window. Houses were in a row across the street, all made of stone. A white picket fence was surrounding the front yard of her own house. Trash cans were laid about the front of the lawn. A few cars were seen parked on the street while a few more were seen driving by. A telephone pole and many wires going through the air. Trees scattered about on a few of the lawns across the way.
The sky as she looked up to it, almost looking white rather then the blue it actually was. The clouds were taking over it seemed. The sun was even fighting its way through all that cloud so it could make its presense known.
The windows were closed and still you could hear the birds chirpping outside the window. It was loud and clear. Like it was coming from within the house itself.
Hand came to take the remote within it as she changed the channels until no sound was heard coming from the television. It was only a blank screen that seemed to last that way for only moments.
Aurelei's voice could be heard as her promo was airing and Kelsia just watched and listened to what was being said. Right after it Robins aired as well.
Kelsia stayed focused on the television which was sitting in the center of an entertainment center. Photos were scattered all about it and that radio that was playing during her firstinterview in ACW was on the right of the television.
Readjusting herself upon the love seat, so that her legs were curled up on the right side of the couch her head turned back towards the window once more. A black cat was sitting in the windowsil, sleeping it seemed. A look down and a dog was laying where her feet had been moments before hand.
Kelsia looked towards the camera and she was lost in thought. Her hand came to run over the fabric that was the bluescrub pants she was wearing to match the blue short sleeved V neck hoodie shirt she had on. Fingers came to tap on her thigh as the silence was interrupted.
"Robin said it all. This week is about team work. I am sure Robin and myself can work as a team. I have no doubt about that in my mind. We will have to wait and see the results this Sunday to know for sure but I am not worried about that."
"I have been in the ring with all three of you. I know what you all can bring to the ring and I know this Sunday will be a challenge for me. Like Robin said though, it is a tag match. Dont count us out because Robin has me as a partner. I can always tag her in when I am not at my best. If I am feeling threatened or like I will be defeated, I have Robin in my corner to back me up."
"You ladies seem to count me out already. Yes I might talk a lot of trash. Does it bother you? The way I see it, what I say does not matter. What I bring to the ring is all that counts. I will not sit back and not say a word though. Even though Alexa already mentioned she would like that. No I will state whatever I feel the need to say. If it gets under your skin on not, I could care less. But I am going to try at least."
Her toes curled as a chill went through her body. Out of the corner of her eye she seen movement and looked to the window once more. An old couple was walking down the street hand in hand. While everything was silent once more a basket ball could be heard in the distance as a young child must have been outfront playing.
Her feet came to cross over one another as she got herself more comfortable then she had already been.
"Now Aurelei. Don't think I have forgotten about you. No not at all. You have had a lot to say. I think I even heard a threat in there. Its cute actually."
"You see yourself as the most dangerous women out there huh? I beg to differ. From the three of you that I have faced so far I would have to say my partner this Sunday scared me the most. Like you said, she is quiet. She knows how to keep you guessing. But no worries, there will be no time for guessing this Sunday. "
"Robin and I will be walking away with another win under her belt and a first for myself."
"Hey Alexa, you see Aurelei here mentioned if you throw the match like I think you might, that would be another loss under your belt. At least she has some common sense. That is what I was trying to say to you about last weeks match. No matter. "
"You think I have crossed the line Aurelei? Do me a favor. Cry me a river. Seriously, you have not seen anything yet. You talk about hurting me. Hunny, my words are not going to stop. You dont like them, thats fine. You want to do something about it, that is fine also. I personally would love to face you one on one."
She got a evil smirk on her face after that last comment. The sound of a knock on her door caught her attention. Pulling her feet to the ground she stood up and her bare feet took step after step contacting with the carpet beneath before she came to open the door. A confused expression caught her before signing the form the delivery man was holding. Taking the 'package' in her grasp she closed the door behind her. A dozen white roses were in her hand and a card was in the top. Pulling it out she smiled as she read it before placing both the flowers and the card on a small table by the couch she had just been sitting on as her phone went off.
Picking it up she listened to what was said on the other line before responding herself.
"Yes, I am just finishing up here. Oh your watching? Well I guess we should both be heading out and get to meeting up then shouldnt we? My flight leaves in two hours. I will give you a buzz when I land. I have to finish up here because I am on a deadline so I will catch up with you later tonight."
She hung up the phone and placed it down in her pocket once more before remembering where she was. She had lost complete track of her thoughts. She waved her hand in the air and finally spoke.
"All these distractions. Kinda like a match aint it? You get distracted and you are most likely going to lose? Unless you are quick on your toes and pull around quickly. You want to get a piece of me Aurelei? You want to shut me up for good? I will make a stop to the office and see what I can work out. Maybe you and I will be seeing eachother one on one soon enough."
"Like you just heard, I am on a deadline here. You shall be hearing from me again soon enough. Enjoy the peace while you can."
With the the camera cut and the screen turned to black. The ACW logo appeared in white lettering and it stayed until the next promo would air.
