When the camera opened up the scene was nothing out of the ordinary. A gymnasium had been cleared out and the only members within other then the camera man was Kaylyn, and Chris. Chris was wearing his normal ECKO attire; black baggy sweat pants, and a white beater with the white Nike Uptown's to match. Kaylyn on the other hand had the opposite; white baggy sweat pants that hung low on her waist line, and a black beater that was cut off at the torso, along with a black pair of Reebok's. Her wavy locks were pulled back at the nap of her neck in a white band, and a strand or two kept falling in front of her face.

Chris was standing there with two pads, one on each of his hands, to protect him from the hits, and kicks that were coming his way. Left, right, spinning heel kick, combo was the last to be seen before Chris took the padding from his hands and called for her to take a break. He lifted a bottle of water and handed it to her so she could rehydrate herself from the workout they had been going at since earlier on in the day. No sooner did she toss the water bottle aside, Chris stepped forward brushing those strands of hair out of her face. She smirked and pushed him back only slightly before turning to walk to the next area so they could work some more. Chris however had something different in mind as he came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist lifting her off the ground.

Kaylyn: “Chris, stop, were supposed to be training here.”

She managed through much laughter.

Chris: " Get your mind out of the gutter. "

He released his hands from around her waist, but would bring them up underneath hers, wrapping around her neck, placing her in a Full Nelson.

Chris: " We gotta practice everything. "

Getting moved from one position to another she groaned and tried to kick back at him but it was not doing any good. Seeing his grip on her was pretty good she jumped up and let her feet land on the bench that was a little too close to them before pushing back off of it and having them both tumble to the ground. Tumbling onto the ground, Chris would look at Kaylyn with a shocked look on his face. Then the look turned to a sort of sadistic smirk.

Kaylyn: "At least let us get in the ring first so neither of us get's hurt."

Chris: " That was a perfect escape. You used your surroundings well. "

He then rolled back up to his feet, helping her up as well. They would make their way over to the ring, Chris making his way inside. Seeing Chris get into the ring she held up a finger towards him before turning back to the camera.

Kaylyn: “I know you are here to see what I have to say to my opponent this week... However, it looks like Alexa is thinking over what she want's to say. Alexa, I don't know if that is a good thing, or a bad thing on your part... honestly... I don't care though. I am hoping that Mayhem is not the reason you are being so quiet... Yes. I did happen to catch his airing. I promise you... after this week, that body of yours will not be a perfect as it was the other night.”

She stopped and smirked, of course it did not leave her features completely before she continued to speak.

Kaylyn: “ You are probably thinking over your actions in this past few weeks... letting it run through your head. I am sure you don't regret any of it... but my partner this week did have something to say that sat with me as well. How much do you really trust those you are around now? Have you forgotten what has happened in the past? How often has Snake been trust worthy? Last thing I recall, is him having no problem tossing people aside to get what he want's out of the deal. More recently.. Aurelei... she said you were worthless. You were nothing without her. Yes, I know, you two have put things aside. Don't worry, I did not miss that little bit of information... however, how can you really trust anything that half of them say? I know Aurora and Devon are close to you... but the rest. Well, I guess only time will tell now wont it?”

She raised her hands above her head stretching them over her head before resting them back at her side once more.

Kaylyn: “You see, your actions a few weeks ago, combined with the actions of your fellow... stable members this past Pay-per-view event.. It was completely disrespectful. All those fans that once stood for something with many of you... they all paid to see a great show, and instead, they see two matches that don't even happen, and another that was a waste of time as well since your little friend walked out. You might think the actions of your posse are cute... however it is down right disgraceful, and it puts a bad name on the business. Now, you seem to agree with the others and stated that Sarah knows not what she is doing in running the business... She can run it quite well. Its just poor saps like yourselves that put a bad name to everything. You don't get what you want.. so you go and do something about it right?!”

Kaylyn could not help but to laugh. Children is what she thought of when she seen the antics of Toxic Melody.

Kaylyn: “ How about growing up for a change and stopping with the little hissy fits... maybe then will things become more clear to you Rose... and the rest of them as well. You know, I also know first hand of Sarah's games she likes to play... incase you have forgotten, I did not want that title I won from you. I wanted to hand it over, and instead... she forced me to defend the title, it was that, or a breach in contract. Your contract does not state that you get to have things your way all the time. How about you think about that, and I will get back to you in a little while.”

She turned away and looked in the ring at Chris who was putting those pads back on his hands he then raised them up once more.

Chris: " Continue. "

Sliding under the ropes she came to stand in the ring and stared at Chris for a moment before even beginning to move towards him. Holding her hands in front of her once more she hit a kick to his left hand before a hard right followed. A few more hits came through right after before she jumped back and came off the middle rope with a high kick straight at his hand. Those pads were a rockin' as the combination of attacks were executed by Kaylyn. He brought his arm up to his head, wiping a little sweat from his brows before smiling at her.

Kaylyn: "Don't underestimate me. People seem to do that too often anymore, and quite frankly... it's starting to hit the wrong nerves."

Chris: " Well it seems that its something you can use as a positive thing. "

She would obviously give him a confused blank stare, not knowing what he was talking about, so he continued on.

Chris: " Instead of thinking of it as a bad thing.. Use it as fuel.. When you are in a tough situation, just think of the underestimation.. "

Another right kick would be landed into his left pad, forcing his hand back more then usual. What he was saying must've been sinking in..

Chris: " See! There you go! That's what I want to see! "

She gave him a blank stare for a long moment before another punch came his way, and lucky for him he moved his hand in front of her fist. Lucky wasn't the word. If he didn't think quickly, she could've blackened his eye. But luckily for him, he had quick reflexes.

Kaylyn: "Good to see your on your toes as well. "

She smirked before putting her hands down and resting in the corner. With a nod of his head to Kaylyn, he placed his hands down, letting her rest a little bit.

Chris: " Take 5. "

Chris would take the gloves off, throwing them down to the mat. He made his way to the outside of the ring, walking over to a nearby refrigerator. Opening it up, he would retrieve two water bottles from inside before closing it. He would walk back over to the ring, right over to the side that Kaylyn was resting in. He threw her one of the water bottles. She was quick to catch it, and her thoughts were then becoming vocal once more.

Kaylyn: "You don't understand, it's pretty hard to think of anything positive in the ring when Alexa Rose is my opponent. There is too much history there to not lose my cool and just go all out. At the same time, I don't want to miscalculate because of who my opponent is, and the history we have with one another."

Chris: " You have it in you. I know you do, have faith. I'll be right back. "

He turned around, walking into the back room, disappearing from view momentarily. As he walked away she moved from the ring and walked over to the bench she had used to get out of that nelson earlier. Taking a seat on it, she tossed the bottle of water into a bag before grabbing a towel out of that same bag that was sitting ontop of the bench. From the contents within the bag it seemed not only her things, but Chris' as well was within it's confines. Dabbing her face off with the towel she tossed it over her right shoulder before her elbows came to rest on her knees as she bent slightly before speaking again with her head half raised towards the camera.

Kaylyn: “You know, Chris has been quite a positive influence on me. He is helping me channel the fury that comes when I hear certain things being said by some of my opponents. Even with you Alexa... with the history we have behind us, he is helping me to focus it to the matches I have at hand.. instead of letting it consume me. I know you know what I am talking about here. Since day one you stayed on me until I cracked, and since then... everything that was said started to take over, it made me the woman I have been recently in ACW.”

She had thought much over her actions within the last year, and there were some things she might have changed, but everything she did was for reason, so none of it was held with regret.

Kaylyn: “ I admit, looking back, there was much I could have, and should have done to stop that from happening... but at the same time, I have no regrets, because many of my best matches, have been against you Rose. Now, does that mean that I will no longer have the fight that was in me? Not at all, you will see every ounce of fight I have in me, but instead of back stage brawls... You will get everything I have to give in the ring. Does that mean my fire is gone? Again, that is not the case... the fire will always burn, the fuel will just be changed, and focused elsewise.”

A long moment she sat there in silence, and when she was ready she moved onward.

Kaylyn: “ I am sure you will be sitting there saying I have gone soft... but all I have done was woken up, and took a new direction. I am being transformed into the woman I am inside. The woman that can be respected in this business. . . The new face of the American Championship Wrestling, womans division. Yes, I know your little friend Aurora is holding the title, and I am not in the running for it yet... but that makes no difference. This is not about titles, its about representing American Championship Wrestling in the way it should be.”

She sat back and leaned against the wall before fully looking at the camera now.

Kaylyn: “You see, I know I have a past here in the business, hell, we all do. And just like you will tell me regarding your little friends... people can change. I am not just changing... this is beyond that for me. I am now focusing on the direction I should have been on from day one. It will not only make me a better person on the inside, but you will see this Sunday that it will help me out in the ring as well.”

Standing up she bent over, her hands touching her toes she always seemed to want to stretch. Standing up her hands rose over her head again before she reached into that bag once more for the bottle of water Chris had handed her before he went out of the main gym. Opening the top she took a small sips from it before pushing her palm down on the top once more. Water bottle still in her hand she started to speak once more, this time, her hand moving every now and then as she spoke.

Kaylyn: “Let me guess Rose.. calling bull crap on that are you not? I figure you will, but don't you worry your pretty little head. I will be showing you just how much I have grown... and not only that, but you will be able to look forward to the fact that I will only continue to grow from here on in. I will become someone that others will fear in the ring... but it will not be due to dirty tatics... this time it will be from pure skill, and growth. You think that you are a powerhouse Alexa? I am not doubting that one little bit... but I guarantee you, that I will become stronger then you will, or have, ever been. I have always been one to push myself beyond my limits, but I admit, I did not take care of myself otherwise. Chris is making sure I do everything I need to so that I can remain strong, healthy, and so much more. Just like myself... he is here to stay. You mentioned just a week ago, that I should have went and voided my contract while I still could have... you will be one of many, that wish I had done just that. We all know, we can't always get what we want though... right.”

A little smirk crossed the lips of the former World Women's Champion. That soft shade of gloss shimmered with the way the light had been reflecting upon it. Lifting the lid with a push of her thumb, that water bottle was brought to those lips once more before they parted to allow the H2O to make its way into her system once more. As she was sipping, Chris came back into view of the camera.

Chris: “Hey hun, I just got word that Alexa is finally going to speak up. You might want to get at a good point, and then check what she has to say before you continue. Remember, whatever she says, think it over before just flying off the wall, okay?”

He lowered his eyes and lifted her chin so she would look at him fully. A soft nod stated she would take his advice, but it was obvious it was not going to be so easy. Not only that, but with everything that had happened between the two of them before, she knew Alexa knew what to say to get her blood boiling. Chris winked before brushing his thumb across her cheek and walking away once more. Kaylyn watched him leave with a smile on her face before turning to look at the camera once more.

Kaylyn: “See what I mean Alexa... I am focused. I'm ready. There will be no getting around it this time around. How many shots Moore will get in on you is not relevant either, because I plan on getting the job done on my own.”

She motioned for the camera to turn off, and while it was off she caught the promotion that Chris had been telling her about. When the camera came back on, she was still within the gym. A smile was on her face, even after hearing what her opponent had to say.

Kaylyn: “You know Rose, it was a pleasure to hear your input finally. I have to admit though, the fact that you just pushed your contract duties aside... I thought you were better then that. Guess things really have changed for you. You truely are a new person... but you are not undefeatable.”

Chris moved from behind the camera and came to stand behind Kaylyn whispering something in her ear. She nodded and seemed to relax. More then likely he seen she was about to have her temper rise, and therefore, he spoke up about it to keep her mind straight. He leaned against the wall behind her taking a sip of water here and there as she finished up her business.

Kaylyn: “ You are no freight train woman. You are merely someone who thinks that she has everything figured out. Hate to break it to you Alexa... but this week will damn straight not be in your favor. Whether you ever have a change of heart on your recent actions or not, it wont do anything for you this week in New York. You see, you are thinking so highly of yourself over me now... and that will become your downfall.”

“You can call me a pretender all you wish... but facts are facts.. and even though you are denying that one on one I can defeat you... the records state otherwise Rose. The fact that I have indeed beat you in that ring on more then one occasion when it was only the two of us within its confines.. shows that I am what I say I am. Not only that... but I am tied with your little friend Aurelei with holding the Woman's title longer than any other on the roster... that includes yourself. So if you want to talk about being better then me...”

She stopped and shook her head just thinking about it.

Kaylyn: “ How about you really think things through. Who did you defend against Alexa? Aurelei... and myself. I had to take on many of the women on the roster to hold onto that title, and I did it with ease... until Aurora came along. How is that for pretending Rose? Was I faking my skill in the ring to hold that title for as long as I did? Was I faking when I kicked your bottom all over the arena in our little street fight? How about the Last Woman Standing Match Rose... Was I pretending there? Please, fill me in. Calling me fake has nothing to do with what I bring to the ring and you know it. The only reason you call me such is because of a disguise. Grow the hell up kiddo. It will do you some good.”

A nod of her head towards the ring was sent before she headed in that direction. The camera followed close by and when she stopped and sat on the apron, the camera was ready to hear what she had to say.

Kaylyn: “Whether I get out of bed or not to speak to you, that is irrelavant Alexa. Not only that, but I do believe there were no threats mentioned what so ever. You see.. everything I said, was a promise. I don't need to threaten you. It is pointless. I see you hiding behind your posse, so why would I bother to threaten someone who is already afraid and lost?”

She pretended to ponder that thought for a moment before laughing.

Kaylyn: “Wait, you are going to tell me you are not lost right? Funny how you just seemed to find yourself out of no where.. yet all the while, you were saying that you knew who you were. But now, you are this .... beast we see in front of us all, and you only became such once you had five others behind you. Bravo Alexa, Bravo! You see, no matter what you call me... Plague, Kelsia Vector, Kaylyn Vaude... they are all just names. A name does not change what I can, and will do in the ring. Last week, your right, you won... but this week... things will be going down so much differently. At least my part in everything will. There will be no room for error. The only way you are coming out of this match with the win, is to take me out completely. Good luck with that one Rose... because it will not be happening. Not in the slightest.”

“You are expecting far too much to roll in your favor Rose, and I know that will not happen, you see Moore... I have never spoken to before now... so there is no reason he and I can't get alone and kick your sorry bottom all over the arena. You wanted matches like this Rose... all you had to do was ask. But you keep that smile on your face.... I will help you get it off. I am no comedian, I speak only the truth, deep inside, you know I am someone that can kick your bottom all over the arena.. I am a challenge for you, and after this week, you will not be able to say anything other then that.”

Dipping into the ring she turned again to face the camera as Chris went to sliding into the ring himself.

Kaylyn: “Rose, you keep saying Darren is there to save me from what you have. I don't need a saviour, I already have one. And you are right, I am confindent. Sue me. I will never say anything other then that. Faith.. it's one of the strongest keys. The only way to believe it myself is to say it. And I do have faith in my abilities now. This is not about making promises that I can not keep... this is helping Sarah show Toxic Melody once and for all... Crime does not pay. You all tried to steal the show away last week... in a litteral sense... this week... its payback time.”

She motioned for the camera to cut, and within seconds.. it did just that.
