{ sorry there is no coding.}
The scene opens up focused on a closed gate. The panels were so close together that it was impossible to see though. After a moment a hand coming from behind the camera reached forward and pushed the gate door open slowly as the camera moved to what was inside thefence , showing that the camera man had moved within the gate. The lighting was dim, and it seemed the only light was coming from candles around the ground outside. These were no ordinary candles, but those electric ones that turned on so that no fire would come from the burning flame. The stone on the ground was beautifully constructed. Purples and grays mixed together to make the pattern that we seen before us. Turning the view we see our World Women’s Champion, but her lips are currently occupied in another fashion. Leaning against the edge of the hot tub was a figure whom could not been seen from the angle the camera was currently in. That was more so due to Kaylyn’s form against his own. Seeing as she was not “coming up for air” the techie cleared his throat to let her know he was there, after all, the tape was rolling. The unexpected noise had Kaylyn’s head lift and she looked right at the camera man… though it looked as if she was looking at the camera, and her face did not seem to show she was pleased with the interruption.
Kaylyn: “This is a private area, what is your problem?”
Techie: “Well, Ms. Vaude, you did ask me to come so you could follow through with your contract agreement and speak to your opponents for the week.”
Kaylyn: “I told you to come to the building, I did not say to come find me.” Her tone had risen and the hands of Uria came to rest on her shoulders pulling her towards him once more. His words for her to relax were spoken into her ear but the camera did not catch it, nor did the audio equipment. A deep breath had her calming down slowly but surely before she looked back over towards the camera man as she rested in the water still. “Do you mind turning around so I can get out of here, and turn that damn thing off a minute?!”
The footage cut to nothing for a moment and when the camera turned back on a blue towel was wrapped around the body of the champion. The corner of the towel was tucked in just by her bicep, which held it in place nicely. The only problem was the fact that she was not expecting company while she was up here… so the length of the towel was proving to be difficult for her at the moment. As long as she stayed still she knew she would be fine as she felt that cotton running across her bareskin a few mere inches below her pelvis.
Kaylyn: “So, I guess it is best to get straight to the point here.” The chill in the air was not helping much to keep her warm, but she would deal with that later. Her hands came together and slowly ran back and forth along one another warming them up. The goose bumps on her skin showing easily. “Michaelina and Mike are those I have to worry myself with. As well as you two, I have my partner, Devon to worry about as well. So now… the question is who to start with first.. So my partner will be suffice. Devon, all I have to say to you, is that I don’t trust you. Yes, in the match, I am sure you will want a win as much as I and therefore you will have my back… but I also know who you have been talking to as of late… and that there, well it worries me. Now, enough with you, and onto those that we will go on to annihilate this week in the ring.” Kaylyn stood there and her foot started to idly tap on the ground showing her irritation with her opponents. “So first, we have Michaelina, that thought she would be able to run her mouth and offend me. Yes, I admit some of what you said may have touched a nerve, but after a moment, I realized that you are nothing here, and you have no idea what you are talking about so, all is well.”
Slow movement was made as she crossed the grounds heading towards a bench that was not too far away from thehot tub where Uria relaxed seeming displeased with the interruption. At the same time, he too knew the obligations towards American Championship Wrestling so he was patiently waiting until she was done so they could continue spending… quality time together.
Kaylyn: “Something that I found to be quite hilarious, besides the fact that you ran into… what was his name? Brian? Besides that… I found you calling me a b-censor-h to be quite funny. Bet you thought it might get under my skin, but no. I know I am a B-censor-h and proud of it, and that’s with a capital B, remember that. See, your little plan to get under my skin did not work Michaelina, the reason being… I have dealt with plenty others that have done gotten under my skin, and it has no effect on me like it once did. To call me a b-censor-h is a compliment, but on the other hand.. You called me a diva, that there was the wrong thing to say. While I admit many may see me as a diva… I am anything but plastic… all real here, so its not just s-censor-t flying out of my mouth, because I back it all up and keep it one hundred. You don’t like that I can keep it one hundred… then close your ears little girl, because I am just getting started.” A smirk placed on her lips showed she had no cares in the world right now. “ As far as Brian goes, so I was his favorite wrestler, if he does not like me now… it happens, you win some, you lose some. I am not going to sit back and show a soft side to me so everyone can walk all over me. I will be damned if I let that happen. My fans, the ones that are real, know the other side of me, they know when to… and when not to approach me. When the camera is on… it’s best to stay out of my way, because I am focused on one thing, and one thing only, and that is destroying whomever is in my path that week. Any true fan knows that the real me, is all over my blog. Its about the only place I will be real with anyone, because the best thing to do, is to never let anyone in. When you live that way, you never get hurt…. Ever. However, If you do let someone in, you make sure it’s the right one.”
A soft smile came about and her expression lightened as she looked over towards Uria before turning back towards the camera once more. Reaching the bench she sat down and stretched her legs out in front of her before going to cross them. Just as one bare leg lifted to go over the other she noticed the camera dropping as the gaze of the camera man had turned to her movement.
Kaylyn: "I highly doubt you want me to have a little incident happen to you just like it did to Tony and Adrean. So I suggest you keep your eyes where they belong... or you will answer to me..." The clearing of a throat is heard from the hot tub area and Kaylyn smirked, "or Uria... after all, we all know how camera men and he get along" The camera was quickly brought back to where is should have been and the techie’s eyes went back as well. “Anyway, as I was saying, when it comes to the fan’s whether they cheer me, or boo me… it will not change who I am in the ring, and what that is, is an exceptional wrestler. I know where I came from, and I know who I am. My reason for being here is not to make friends, and fans… its to do a job, and that job is to get into the ring and entertain, and I do that week in and week out with pride.” She lifted her hand and motioned with a finger for the camera man to come a bit closer. When he got close enough she held her hand up and stopped him. “As for you Brian… I wouldn’t get to used to seeing Michaelina waving to you, because I will be the one to break her down in the ring this week. You will remember just why I was your favorite wrestler.. It has nothing to do with me as a person, but me as a wrestler. And you will remember that.” A little wink was sent towards the camera before she spoke once more. “As for you little Ms I won my first match here… you really have tried to get tough with the wrong women. Of all people for you to come at harshly you thought you could get away with it on me? New or not… you should have known better. But unlike the little lesson you think you might give me this week in the ring… I will give you a real lesson. I will show you just what happens when you f-censor-k with the women’s champion. And well, the outcome is not going to be good.”
A little shrug came from her as she looked at the camera with as much of an innocent glance as she could muster. Frankly, innocent and Kaylyn did not go well together.
Kaylyn: “You see Michaelina, you can take my fans, but when I destroy you in the ring… they will be quite disappointed because well… there will be no more you. But I will do them a small favor… this week, I will only hurt you enough to get the win, but next time we come into the ring together… you bet you’re a-censor-s it will be game over for you. I am not the champion for nothing, and that is what you need to realize. You see, before these fans were here… I was a wrestler, long after these fans are gone, I will still be a wrestler… so, why again do I need them?! You seem to live by the fans, but it’s quite pointless. You have some out there that are the greatest wrestlers ever… and the fans don’t support them what so ever. I don’t need to be supported by the fans, this is not a popularity contest. Its about being the top B-censor-h in ACW, and no one will take that spot away from me. You want to call me a diva… fine, but when it comes to this business, I am anything but a diva. Sitting there talking about crushing my face in on the mat… or in the ring, Sweetie, are you serious? When I first came here I was in a match with Aurelei and went through an announce table. With Alexa.. A street fight, you see what I am saying there? No mats, so think before you talk princess, because you have no clue what is coming from those lips of yours. The difference between myself and everyone else in this business… I back up everything I say, nothing is an idle threat. Ask Alexa, Cynthia, they know I make no idle threats. You think that the title has gotten to me, but no sweetness, it is all me… all Kaylyn… all B-censor-h… all the time.” Another smirk came from the champion as she stood up once more and smoothed out the towel around her. “Now, unlike you I will not go on and on for twenty minutes and flip my words over and over again just to make it sound like something new coming from my lips. I am don’t with you Michaelina, the next time you will hear from me… is when I pound your face in inside that ring.” A few slow steps had her move towards a small table with something sitting on top of it. Grabbing it within her hands she held onto a tape so it seemed. “So, Mike, what is there to really say to you? I don’t doubt your abilities at all, I know what you can do in the ring because at one point you were my partner…. But oh how I have waited for the time we would face one another… after all, you did not think I was going to forget about that little hot chocolate crack now did you? No no Mike. While I respect you as a wrestler, I will not say I will destroy you… but I will give you one hell of a fight if we come into the ring with one another. Don’t hold back… then again, I know you wont. Other then that, there is really nothing to say to you… You two had better be expecting one hell of a match this week… Oh and Aurora… Thanks for the tip on this place… you were right. The hot tub was just what I needed.” Kaylyn smirked and turned away from the camera heading back towards the hot tub but she stopped suddenly…. “Oh, before I forget… Toss this tape in and roll it, don’t want my opponents to miss anything now would I?” She tossed the tape towards the camera man and then headed towards the hot tub.. Just as she reached the edge the towel dropped revealing Kaylyn, and a second later the camera dropped as well. When the picture came back once more… it was not Kaylyn, but Devon we see…
::His hazel-green eyes half closed, one hand lifted up to brush his naturally dark hair back from his pale forehead and it briefly let his eyebrow piercing be clearly seen before that hand dropped to his thigh and he exhaled that first full stream of the inhaled smoke out into the room. Another battery-gutted smoke detector sat on the counter in the bathroom of his hotel room, and Devon Mayhem sat on the edge of the fairly comfortable bed palming that 9 volt battery and tossing it up only to catch it once more. His Lucky Strike was in the other hand, and he stretched a moment with the arm lifting up and back a little behind his head, displaying the chiseled appearance of his bared chest and belly. While he was not one of those overly-bulky muscle-heads that often found their way into professional wrestling, Devon Mayhem had a fine form and he was not afraid to show it off. Next to him on the bed was the large glass bowl he'd filched a few towns back to use as an ashtray and from the looks of things it was receiving decent use from the man that liked to refer to himself as a devil of sorts. His silver chain and its pentagram were around his neck, and the light from the camera winked off it teasingly as Devon leaned back against the mirror that ran behind the dresser and was quiet for a few minutes before that sardonic smile came over his face and he chuckled low in that surprisingly smooth baritone for a few seconds before he spoke.::
Devon: “Of everything I expected this week I have to admit that silence out of Mike Voland? Was just not on that list. Come on Mike...I've heard of cutting this -bleep- to the wire but this is nuts man. Are you that afraid of the devil you know, now that you know him? Or are you so blindly focused on trying to take down Snake that you think you can afford to slack off this week? I'm here to tell you Weasel, that there's no way in hell you're going to sneak a win by Kaylyn and I no matter how strong your partner is.”
::A shake of that dark locked head, and the cigarette was brought to his lips in almost agitated fashion. Devon Mayhem disliked quite a lot of things in this world and made no bones about this and spent much time making sure that if the objects of his despite were other people that they had no illusions of this. But one of the things Devon hated most? Tag team matches and here he was in another. Now he'd enjoyed the week he'd spent getting to know Alexa Rose very much, beyond even being the ladies man that Devon was. He'd enjoyed it so much that the following week despite what had happened between Alexa and his partner this week Kaylyn Vaude backstage that removed them both from the match entirely that he'd spent part of last week with Alexa doing things like snowboarding that he'd thought for the most part that he'd left behind in college. So it was a bit strange for him now, to not only be in yet another tag team match, but to be paired with Kaylyn just had to be someone's sick sense of humor. She had plenty going for her, he'd watched and learned from her ringwork that the lady knew what she was doing, even if she had that massive tool Uria Kane as a boyfriend. But Devon was also smarter than most, and he knew that despite his own words to the contrary that Kaylyn who had not spent all week with him, would perhaps not be so easy to trust him and his skills as Alexa had been. Her silence as well was speaking volumes, but he had a good feeling she'd surprise him when it came down to it. Cigarette was drawn on, and breath expelled from lungs that had not one hint of diminished capacity flavored with that smoke before he continued.::
Devon: “Time's coming Mike Voland. I can't say it enough...You've had your shot at Snake when it counted and you choked bro.”
::Devon actually transferred the cigarette to his lips and the battery to the pocket of the tight blue jeans he was wearing before bringing up both his hands to his throat and managing to make passable sounds of strangulation. With a sardonic laugh and his hazel-green eyes half narrowed he dropped his hands down to rest on his thighs before lifting the hand once more to take the Lucky back.::
Devon: “Now am I saying that's what's going to happen this Sunday for ShockWave? That when it comes time to pull the trigger...thanks, Michaelina for the whole firing squad thing by the way because that -bleep- was funnier the second time around. Like I was saying, when it comes time to pull the trigger Mike, I just think you'll be shooting blanks. Can Michaelina keep up what she's doing and take the win from our side via a pin on Kaylyn? That I can't tell you, but I know this about Kaylyn that Michaelina is for all her power and skills in for one hell of a fight. Which also makes me have to repeat that should it be the little lamb and I in that ring, that this Wolf in Wolf's Clothing isn't going to hesitate in snapping his jaws shut on her pretty woolly head.”
::Devon rose up from the bed and stabbed out the butt of his Lucky Strike in that glass bowl right next to the other little soldiers that he'd taken to their doom and grabbed up a plain long sleeved black pull-over sweater. Sliding it on he took the opportunity to stretch once more and then pulled down the body of the garment down over his torso. Next would be him bringing his boots up to tighten the laces, and finally he would grab his black leather trenchcoat and swing it around to make it easier for him to slide into it. Heading for the door he passed a sardonic grin towards the camera.::
Devon: “Time to get the hell out of Dodge...wait, we're in Fargo of all places. Come on Sarah! Book us somewhere warm why don't you? This Winter and snow BS is for the birds, and that's just about that. Sunday can't come fast enough Voland, Summers. When the referee rings that bell for the one, two, three I'm giving odds its going to be after a long stretch of holy hell moments on my part and holy -bleep- stop hitting me moments on yours. See you at the Fargo Dome, Weasel and Lamb.”
::That giggle of his favorite camera operator came then, and he motioned to her.::
Devon: “Now send this -bleep- to Vaude, and pronto.”
::There was static then as the shot abruptly cut off.::
