::The camera now came to focus on the locker room door of the Ghost, Aurora Jansen. Inside she was preparing for her match with Snake against Roric and Kelsia. She was already in her ring gear with her head turned to the side and looking at the corner of her locker room, as if she was listening to someone. Then without so much as a knock the door of the locker room swung open and in the doorway stood The Fanged Entity, Snake. Aurora looked up and smiled then turned her head to the corner again and frowned slightly.::
Aurora: "Stop that, please...you know I like him. So please don't insult him."
::Snake looked from her to the corner as she watched with a amused lifted brow, and gave a mock look of terror, not at her but at the ghost. This made Aurora giggle a bit, her hand up to hide that reaction as she looked back at the Entity.::
Snake: "I won't waste too much of your time Aurora. I just wanted to make sure we still understood one another. Stay out of harms way and take care of yourself."
Aurora: "Of course, Snake. I will be careful and keep my promises."
Snake: "Good girl, Aurora. Take care of yourself and stay safe, you hear me?"
::Aurora stared at Snake like she didn't know him again but nodded very softly. She said nothing, just simply stared at him, green eyes wide.::
Snake: "And call me when you get back to the hotel. I want to buy us a victory dinner. Promise?"
Aurora: "...I...I promise."
::Snake smiled a wide and sweet smile then offered Rich a little nod and smirk then left without another word and closed the locker room door softly behind him. Moments later, the cameras caught sight of Aurora's top challenger coming around the corner with her black-robed companion. Kelsia had been waiting for this moment all night, and after Snake had left the locker room and was out of sight, she made her move. She walked to the door of the Ghost and a smile came across her face. Her ring attire was not on yet, so she was walking the hall with her gray sweat pants and white t-shirt on. The KTA shirt was still in retirement, like she said, there was not going to be no KTA this week in any way shape or form. She did not waste her time on knocking but instead opened the door and held it open with her back against it.::
Kelsia: "Hello, Dear Heart. Hope you don't mind the company, but I have something for you."
::Aurora was in an unreasonably good mood perhaps, because when she heard the door open again there was a smile on her plush lips and a sparkle in her green eyes and she actually had looked up and spoke before Kelsia did.::
Aurora: "Sn..."
::And stopped, blinking for a moment at Kelsia Vector standing in her door way. She spoke low then, but not harshly.::
Aurora: "I knew I should have toggled the lock after Snake and Cynthia left. What do you want..." Her voice taking on a slight tone. "...darling Kelsia?"
Kelsia: "Aurora, please dear, don't play games. I said I am here baring gifts. I told you that I was going to give you something did I not?"
::Kelsia stepped in a little more, but there was nothing in her hands. A dark brow rose over the sharp eyes of the champion, and she stood. There was not menace in her stance, but there was readiness.::
Aurora: "I don't want anything you have to give, Kelsia, except in the ring. Understand? So get out."
Kelsia: "Sorry Dear Heart, but this gift is coming whether you want it or not." As she said that, another person walked into the room. "This here is Father Patrick, I am sure you seen him in my last airing. He is here to help you out with your 'Ghost' thing."
::Her eyes narrowed just a touch at Kelsia, those plush lips twisted to a very tight frown and she lifted a hand to point at 'Father Patrick'.::
Aurora: "I'm not Catholic, and you get out too. I don't need you or her in my space, understand? So if you don't want security to toss you out on your notch-collared behind, I suggest you turn around right now." A cut of her gaze to the right and she murmured. "Get to Roric. Don't argue, please. It's Roric or Snake. Where he can't get you. I'm fine...just go."
::Kelsia shook her head at Aurora, trying to affect a reproving look and a smile at the same time.::
Kelsia: "You know, Dear Heart...it's not nice to not accept gifts." Kelsia nodded for the priest to go, yet she remained where she was. "You can get Roric, or even Snake, but nothing is going to stop me from getting you tonight, Aurora. Remember that will you?" Kelsia smiled and turned her back, pulling the door shut behind her, leaving Aurora to herself. Her words could still be heard through the door as she closed it. "How does it feel to stand inside a blessed building, Ghost?"
::An evil laugh came from her and she went to walk away. Pissed was not the word, but Aurora knew she couldn't afford such a surge of anger, not this close to the match. So she stretched instead, blew out a long breath and then sighed, moving over to her bag and fishing out the cell phone. She listened to it ring, waiting politely for the pick up.::
Aurora: "Momma Cross? Remember that girl that did that fake funeral? Mm-hmm. 'Member what you wanted to do? Go ahead. Yes, Momma Cross. Love you too."
::Back
at the announcers table, the two men looked at each other in
confusion for a few moments before speaking.::
MS: “Momma
Cross? That her friend's mother or something?”
RJ: “I'd
hazard a guess that Aurora's a part of that family somehow, too. Why
am I getting the impression that this 'Momma Cross' isn't someone
to...well...cross?”
MS: “Because you're a lily-liver.
She's probably some old grandma-type who knows too many ghost
stories.”
RJ: “Let it be stated for the record that I did
not say that nor do I agree with the source.
