NOT ENOUGH TO KEEP THEM APART

Kaylyn James Evans is throwing things around her and Chase Sovereign’s locker room, the pair haven’t been seen together since Insult 2 Injury in which Chase won the Invasion Match III. He’s stood with his hands on his hips as she throws a fit, furious that Tyler cost her the match earlier tonight.

Before he can say even a word to help her feel better, or worse in Sovereign’s case, Lance Norman enters the room. She turns to spot him and furiously approaches.

Kaylyn James Evans: “What the hell was that?”

Lance Norman: “I saw, that’s why I’ve come.”

Kaylyn James Evans: “I don’t care what you saw, what are you going to do about it?”

Lance runs a hand through his hair, but doesn’t realize he’s also dealing with Chase Sovereign who slams the door behind him.

Chase Sovereign: “Whilst you’re explaining yourself, maybe you can tell me why you’re asking Jake Jeckel to be on your team for Gears Of War and not me?”

Kaylyn James Evans: “Is my client not good enough?”

The Owner appears to be in some trouble. He takes a deep breath and attempts to explain himself.

Lance Norman: “First of all, Chase, it’s not what it seems. I didn’t ask you because I don’t see how you can get along on the same team as Jake Jeckel, Corey Black and Neville Sheldon. As it is my team seems pretty damn volitile, wouldn’t you say? Jake doesn’t like Corey and visa versa, you’ve had issues with both Neville, Corey and now Jake too.”

Chase Sovereign: “I can put that to one side to stop The Syndicate. What you said to Jeckel earlier was right, if they win then we’re in a whole world of trouble. I plan to be the World Heavyweight Champion by then and I don’t want any one of them, especially Brooks, coming after my World Championship.”

Kaylyn James Evans: “You need to re-think your strategy because all you’re doing is pissing people off Norman.”

Lance Norman: “Look, I can only do what I can do here. I’ve scheduled a five on five match for Gears Of War and my team now has three of that five. I have the other two spaces ear marked for other people, Jake Jeckel included.”

Chase looks furious.

Lance Norman: “But okay, here’s what I’m going to do and both of you should find yourselves appeased by my decisions. Next week on Warzone, I’m going to make a Tag Team Match that puts Jake Jeckel on the same team as you Chase, to face off against the team of DTR and Jensen Cussen. If you can work together with Jeckel and prove that there isn’t a problem and won’t be if he decides to join my team at Gears, then I’ll consider having you on the team as well.”

Chase Sovereign: “Not a problem.”

Lance Norman: “As for you Kaylyn, I’m going to face Tyler Brooks next week on Warzone and you my dear are going to be the Special Guest Referee.”

Lance smiles a large beaming white smile as both Chase and Kaylyn appear to of been appeased. He nods towards them and heads to the door, Chase and Kaylyn left to discuss the developments amongst themselves.
