LOSING CONTROL

Vulnero springs away from the roll up in complete and utter shock as Kaylyn pins him to win her first IWF Championship. He stumbles away and grabs his hair, enraged, you can sense and feel it. Kaylyn gets back to her feet and has the Championship handed to her by the referee, Vulnero though rushing across the ring and Clotheslining her straight to the canvas.

The fans didn’t much mind that after earlier tonight and watch on as he stomps away at her, rolling to the outside and ripping the tops off the announcers tables.

Mitch Law: “He’s losing it! He’s losing control!”

Vulnero grabs Ron Hayes and is about to strike him when Neville Sheldon runs down the entrance ramp to a tremendous ovation and slides straight into the ring. Vulnero turns around and the sound of the fans and watches on as Neville of all people comes diving through the middle rope with an amazing Suicide Dive, catching V and taking them both to the floor.

The fans are on their feet but so is Vulnero who quickly gets back up and stumbles away from ringside, snatching a microphone and backing away up the entrance ramp.

“I won’t be attacked, I won’t be defeated or censored by this company!” he screams, pointing at Neville Sheldon. “I won’t be stopped from getting my Championship back and I won’t be stopped from ending your career once and for all!”

Neville takes a microphone himself and rolls back into the ring.

“That’s good because come hell or highwater, I’m going to expose you for the animal you really are!”

All of a sudden Kaylyn James Evans attacks Neville from behind with a Low Blow that drops him in the middle of the ring whilst Vulnero watches on. The crowd boo but she doesn’t care, scooping up her new Championship and holding it up. She points to V with a sadistic smile and then to the belt, telling him it’s hers now.

B.I.T.C.H

“Help is On The Way” by Rise Against hits and out from behind the curtain walks DOA and Kaito to a cheering crowd and accompanied by a white spot light. They run down the entrance ramp with the spotlight following them, diving through the bottom and middle ropes and rolling to their feet.

Mitch Law: “It looks like we’re being accompanied by the Tag Team Champions who just so happen to be title less after Gears Of War!”

Ryan Johnson: “I hope they aren’t out here to whine about that.”

By now DOA has himself a microphone.

“Last week we won the Tag Team Championships but we don’t stand before you as Champions,” DOA says to a booing reaction from the crowd. “The Naturals stole our title belts and ran away. Tonight when we defeat them again, they’ll go back down to the bottom of the pecking order and that’s exactly where they belong. What they did had no honour and proved to the world that they are nothing but a pair of scumbags!”

DOA hands the microphone off to Kaito.

“You stole our belts but you stole honour from us. You take easy way out and take what not belong to you!”

The lights go out as a spotlight centers on stage. Piano chords begin a haunting melody, accompanied by heavy drum beats. The crowd begins to boo MASSIVELY as the video wall displays the words THE ONLY ONE.

Ron Hayes: “Ladies and Gentlemen, allow me to introduce to you the long awaited debut appearance of Sarah Twilight!”

Pyros shoot up from the stage as our melody finally kicks into guitar. “The Only One” by Evanescence continues to play as Sarah finally walks out onto the stage. She is greeted with deafening boos and soaks them all in, as if she enjoyed the crowd’s hatred. She arrogantly swaggers towards the ring and steps inside. Pyros now shoot off from the ring posts and Sarah stands in the center of the ring, posing, almost as if for her own amusement as the crowd’s boos become even LOUDER.

“What you want?” Kaito angrilly shouts at her after being interrupted. “This no business of yours!”

Sarah asks for a microphone from ringside and steps away from them both, though remaining close enough to tell them what she really feels.

“Relax little man,” she says with a large grin. “I was just sitting backstage waiting for the right moment to introduce myself and then I heard you talking about honour. That’s right, honour of all things. You see boys, there’s no honour is competition, there’s no honour in the wrestling business. People do what they want, when they want, knowing how to get ahead. If you two are the Tag Team Champions and you think it’s all about honour then you don’t deserve to have the belts.”

DOA doesn’t like that.

“Excuse me? Who the hell are you?”

She smiles again.

“I’m Sarah Twilight,” the fans boo at the mention of her name. “And I’m here to do something that has never been done befor and that’s win the Tag Team Championships as apart of a full female Tag Team.”

Both DOA and Kaito look at each other.

Godsmack- Cryin like a Bitch plays over the PA and Kaylyn comes out onto the stage heading down the ramp soaking in the crowds cheering reaction. Jumping up onto the apron she looks out at the fans. “Im tougher than nails, I can promise you that, Step out of line and you’ll get bitch slapped back”.. Hooking her arms on the top rope she flips back before the music fades out. She walks over and grabs a microphone from ringside, shaking her head in disgust at Twilight.

“You know what? I’ve never heard such crap in all my life. So you want to come out here and tell the Tag Team Champions that they have no honour and that honour doesn’t matter? What do you know? I’m sorry about this guys, because let’s face it, she’s wrong.”

DOA and Kaito agree with her and turn to face her.

“She doesn’t have a partner up her sleeve and she’s all alone, so what does she know about being a Tag Team? She’s just a woman in a mans world!”

The Tag Team Champions seem confused by that comment as Sarah Twilight attacks Kaito from behind with a shot to the back of the head with a microphone. DOA turns to help but he gets the same treatment from Kaylyn James Evans, an action that sends the fans into raptures.

Mitch Law: “What the hell is going on!?”

Kaylyn stomps away at DOA who was knocked out cold by that microphone shot as Sarah puts Kaito in the Figure Four Modified Armlock! SPELL BOUND!!! She wrenches back on the move as Kaylyn repositions herself in front of an out cold Kaito.

“What Sarah meant to say is, who gives a shit about honour?”

She throws the microphone down on the canvas and stomps on Kaito a few times whilst the Spell Bound is still applied by Twilight. The fans boo at this shocking turn of events, Kaylyn having turned her back on everyone and joined forces with Sarah Twilight.

THE LESSONS HAVEN’T BEGUN YET.

Chase Sovereign in his new thong like attire, new tattoo’s and big smile walks into the locker room of Kaylyn James Evans.

“What the hell are you wearing?” Kaylyn asks, looking confused. “And what the hell kind of tattoo is that?”

“Well you’ve been holding out on me sexually and I decided that everytime I wanted to put your pussy around my cock, I’d just grab it with both hands; you know it needs both hands.”

She frowns at him.

“What do you want Chase?”

“I want to talk, that’s all. You helped me come away from Prison and stay out, I haven’t forgotten that. We may be on the opposite teams tonight but you owe me and I owe you.”

“I don’t owe you anything,” she retorts. “And it was your choice to join The Syndicate.”

“It’s not as if I really had a choice.”

Kaylyn shakes her head.

“Do you know what Chase? You need to grow up and stop looking out just for yourself and I’m not the only one who thinks so.”

“What’s that supposed to mean?”

“You father, I spoke to him earlier tonight and he’s been watching you. Rumour has it that he’s going to come here and teach you that lesson he’s been trying to teach you all these years.”

Chase just scoffs at her, laughing about it.

“Whatever Kaylyn,” Chase sneers. “Whatever.”

He storms out of the locker room and leaves her there. Kaylyn picks up her cell phone and dials a number.

“He knows you’re coming,” she says and then pauses for a reply. “I hope you know what you’re doing.”

COVERING ALL THE BASES

The Main Event may be over but the camera’s flick to the backstage area where Vulnero and Rain are making their way to the production truck, likely looking for the footage that shows their kidnap and assault of Mason Norman.

Mitch Law: “Rain is here? I wondered where the hell he was tonight.”

Ryan Johnson: “Where are they going though Mitch?”

The camera’s follow them through the double doors and to the outside of the arena where the production truck sits with steps leading to it’s locked door. As the two Syndicate members approach, Donovan Carter of all people exits the truck, hopping down the steps to meet them.

“Looking for this?” he says waving the tape around in front of them. “This is the footage you’re looking for, right?”

Vulnero looks to Rain who nods.

“Well I’ll happily hand it over right now if I can join The Syndicate and have your protection from Nazzar The Great. I’ll fight for you at Gears Of War as well, all I want is for you to have my back,” he says, hoping the answer is yes. “What do you say? Do we have a deal?”

“We have a deal,” Rain says snatching the footage and handing it to Vulnero. “But if we lose at Gears Of War then there is no Syndicate and we have no deal.”

“Understood.”

All of a sudden the sound of sirens can be heard as police cars pull into the parking garage. Three squad cars pull up quickly and cops pour out of each, shouting at the three men to not move and stay where they are.

Mitch Law: “What the hell? What’s going on?”

The police move in on Rain, Vulnero and Donovan Carter, putting handcuffs on them and taking them into custody. The camera closes in to catch one police officer as he speaks to Rain.

“We’re arresting you on suspicion on theft and breaking and entering, you may not wish to say anything that may harm your defense or could be used against you in court.”

Before he can finish reading his rights, Kaylyn James Evans, Neville Sheldon and Lance Norman step to the outside and watch with gleeful smiles. The camera focuses on them as all three Syndicate members get put into the back of individual squad cars.

“Looks like the plan worked perfectly,” Kaylyn says with a big smile. “That should give you the leverage you need Lance.”

Mitch Law: “Leverage? Leverage for what!?”

FAMILY COMES FIRST

In the backstage office of Lance Norman, Kaylyn James Evans walks in stunned. The look on her face is that of complete bemusement as she approaches the Chairman.

“He’s your son?” she blurts out. “All this time and you didn’t say anything?”

“I couldn’t Kaylyn. I didn’t even know for sure until recently and hell, even my wife doesn’t know yet.”

She shakes her head.

“And to make matters worse you’re not even going to press charges? Rain and Jensen Cussen deserve everything they get for what they did to your son last week. How is Mason, is he okay?”

Lance pats her on the shoulder as a thank you for caring.

“He’s a little shaken up but he’s a tough kid.”

Kaylyn follows him over to the desk and makes her case for Rain and Jensen Cussen to get their just deserts.

“You can’t let them get away with it you know. You have the footage from last week right? It’s stored in the production truck isn’t it? Why don’t you call the police and hand that over, at least that way they’ll be able to do something like arrest those assholes.”

Lance shakes his head.

“I don’t think I can,” he says with a sigh. “What about Gears Of War?”

“Screw Gears Of War!” she explodes, slamming her hands down on the desk. “You said it yourself out there, family comes first. Call the police Lance and have those guys arrested.”

He takes a moment and thinks about it, nodding along with her. He picks up the phone and dials as Kaylyn folds her arms and waits paitently.

A NEW PERSPECTIVE

Corey Black is backstage when Kaylyn James Evans enters. She says that it’s going to be a little odd teaming with Corey after everything that’s happened in their past but looks forward to Gears Of War. Black says that he does too and that he has a bone to pick with The Syndicate, though being on the same side as Jake Jeckel makes his stomach turn.

Kaylyn agrees. She says that tonight they should leave it all in the ring, all their history, all their everything. The Warzone Championship is on the line and she wants to be apart of that, meaning she’ll do anything to take it from him. She just doesn’t want there to be bad blood before or after the match. Black says there isn’t and that he does truly wish her the best of luck against him in their match, noting that beating Jay Price last night has given him a new perspective on old friends.

“CLUSTERFUCK”

Chase Sovereign sits on the canvas with a look of total and utter disbelief on his face. He thought he had it, he thought he’d won the World Heavyweight Championship. It must be like slow motion to him as the referee hands Jake Jeckel the Championship belt and the Juggalo stumbles backwards hugging it like he didn’t just pull out one of the closest victories he’s ever had.

Just then he snaps, running across the ring to Jeckel and unleashing a brutally powerful Clothesline on him. He drops down to the canvas and pummells away like crazy, snatching and ripping at him with bullet like right hands. He’s losing control when all of a sudden Rain and Tyler Brooks come storming down the entrance ramp. Sovereign rolls off of Jeckel and backs up, ready to fight, Rain and Brooks stood on the opposite side of the ring ready to fight as well.

Jake Jeckel gets back to his feet holding his head and has no idea where to go or what to do. Who does Jake side with? Does he side with the man just beating the holy shit out of him or The Syndicate?

Mitch Law: “Waaaaaaaaaaaaait a minute…”

All of a sudden the decision is made for him as all three, Rain, Tyler Brooks and Chase Sovereign strike, attacking him from all angles with punches and kicks, assaulting the World Heavyweight Champion.

Ryan Johnson: “Oh my God, Chase Sovereign has joined The Syndicate!?”

With the mugging taking place now in the middle of the ring, Hannibal Corvin and Neville Sheldon rush out from behind the curtain to a tremendous ovation, quickly running down the entrance ramp and sliding into the ring to try and even the odds. Jeckel though has had too much taking out of him and both men walk straight into brawls with Tyler Brooks, Chase Sovereign and Rain. Jake falls to the floor after one final right hand by Sovereign and now the three on two begins.

Mitch Law: “They are out numbered RJ, purely out numbered!”

Ryan Johnson: “Shit Mitch, it’s about get worse!”

Ryan Johnson wasn’t lying because as Rain, Tyler Brooks and Chase Sovereign triple teamed both Neville Sheldon and Hannibal Corvin, Vulnero, Scarface and Jensen Cussen appear on the entrance ramp. As if the ring isn’t filled with bodies, all three men rush the ring and help the Syndicate beat the holy shit out of Lance Norman’s team.

Mitch Law: “The Syndicate.. it’s been on a major recruiting spree tonight! I’d go as far as to say they have found their six competitors for Gears Of War because Scarface, Vulnero and Jensen Cussen have joined them here tonight! This is an absolute mugging in the ring right now!”

Whilst all six members of The Syndicate are systematically taking apart Hannibal Corvin and Neville Sheldon, both men seriously out numbered in the ring, Jake Jeckel gets back to his feet and to a large cheer, joins in with some big right hands to Rain. The crowd are not sure what the hell is going on but they cheer when DTR and Kaylyn James Evans make a b-line for the action!

Ryan Johnson: “Well that sure as hell evens this up, six on five!!”

The fighting spills to the outside, there are bodies flying everywhere, people hitting ring posts and barricades or getting pulverized in the ring. Vulnero locks the Eye Scream in on Neville Sheldon and Jake Jeckel is pummelling away at Tyler Brooks.

All of a sudden…

Use your fist and not your mouth by Marilyn Manson hits and a layer of thick dark smoke covers the top of the ramp way.

Mitch Law: “What the?”

Ryan Johnson: “Who the hell is this? Is this who Lance Norman was refering to when he said we have someone on hand if we need him?”

Through the smoke a hooded figure emerges, pausing to soak up the amazing mixed reaction from this Japanese crowd. He looks up at the camera, his brown beard glistening under the smoke and light.

Mitch Law: “Holy shit, THAT’S DANIEL DESTINY!!”

He flips off his hood and smirks at the camera, the fans literally going insane in the audience. The Japanese Crowd are quickly to their feet and jumping as Daniel Destiny of all people runs down the entrance ramp and slides into the ring. He hops up and quickly starts brawling with The Syndicate, laying right hands into anyone who moves. Lance Norman team suddenly starts getting the upper hand, The Syndicate deciding to retreat whilst they still can as the odds have now been evened. The show ends with Daniel Destiny, Hannibal Corvin, Neville Sheldon, Kaylyn James Evans, DTR and Jake Jeckel stood hurting in the ring with Rain, Tyler Brooks, Vulnero, Scarface, Jensen Cussen and Chase Sovereign stood on the entrance ramp.

Gears Of War is going to be off the chain..

“IS HE STILL IN THERE?”

DING DING DING! The bell sounds and Tyler Brooks stays in position for one moment having defeated his girlfriend here tonight. He looks down at her, then slowly begins to remove himself from on top and in the pinning position. The crowd are weary and their jeers go un-noticed by Brooks who gets back to his feet and just looks at his ex girlfriend, slowly backing away.

Mitch Law: “What’s wrong with him?”

Ryan Johnson: “I’m not sure. After everything he set out to do, he should be pleased with the victory but the look on his face is one of realisation.”

Mitch Law: “You think he realizes what he’s done?”

Ryan Johnson: “I’m not really sure what else to call it?”

All of a sudden Tyler storms back over to Kaylyn, grabs her arm and locks in the Eternal Salvation! Another Salvation! The fans roar with boo’s, the crowd going wild with hatred as the referee rushes to try and break his grip. He wrenches back on her head, her hair covering his hands and a look of pure maniac on his face.

Ryan Johnson: “Or not… or… maybe he really has lost the plot.”

Mitch Law: “Is the old Tyler Brooks really in there at all?”

The question is posed as Brooks continues screaming, his hold locked in and poor Kaylyn James Evans unconcious.

“DON’T HURT HER”

We’re in the locker room of The Syndicate once again, but this time Rain is no-where to be seen and Tyler Brooks stands jumping up and down on the spot, readying himself for the match ahead. Chase Sovereign then enters the room, stopping Brooks from his warm up.

“We need to talk,” Chase says approaching Tyler. “Now I’m not going get in the middle of whatever this is between you and Kaylyn but she is my manager and that means something to me.”

“That’s cute!” Brooks says with a laugh.

“I’m going to tell you this once and once only Brooks. You stole the original Invasion Match from me, then I won my own. You had Kaylyn by your side before me, now she’s with me. You have a habit of being apart of everything I do and you’re not going to hurt her.”

Tyler shakes his head, confused.

“Not going to hurt her? After everything she’s done and said, she wants to hurt me. I’m going to out there in only a few minutes and beat her within an inch of everything she knows,” he stops with a smirk. “And there’s nothing you can do about that.”

“You can try and beat her but when that bell rings and the match is over, you had better leave it alone, I’m warning you.”

Sovereign backs away from the locker room, but Brooks wants to have the last word.

“Don’t you worry about her, you should be focused on Jake Jeckel.”

“A WARNING”

The World Heavyweight Champion is sat in his locker room, preparing himself mentally for the task that lies ahead tonight. He has to defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Chase Sovereign of all people, the winner of the Invasion Match III.

His focus though is interrupted as Kaylyn James Evans of all people enters the locker room.

“What the hell do you want?” Jeckel doesn’t mince words, standing up to greet her with a look of disdain on his face.

She stops in her tracks, realizing that she may not want to enter any further.

“I know what you’re doing with Lance Norman, toying him along so he helps you retain tonight,” Kaylyn says bravely in the face of what some may say is a sociopath. “All I know is that nothing had better happen to Chase Sovereign out there.”

Jake laughs in her face.

“I’m not sure what’s funnier, your threat or the idea that I need Lance Norman to beat your beloved client. Rest assured Kaylyn, I don’t need the help of Lance Norman and I sure as hell don’t feel threatened by you,” he says with a massive smile. “Now unless you’re here to give me a pre-match massage, why don’t you just beat it?”

She doesn’t leave though and stands her ground instead.

“Whether or not you’re playing games, I mean it Jeckel, no bullshit out there,” Kaylyn pokes him in the chest. “Or otherwise you’ll have to deal with me.”

Again he laughs.

“Don’t you worry your pretty little head missy, I’m not going to drop a logo on Chase Sovereign and pancake him. Instead, I’m going to beat him and retain my World Heavyweight Championship,” he pauses to grab the title belt. “And when I do, you’re going to see me fighting for the IWF at Gears Of War!”

Jake holds the belt up in her face so that she can get a good look at it before turning around and walking back to his seat. Kaylyn walks away, having gotten her message across that she doesn’t want Jeckel to even think about doing something outrageous to end Chase Sovereign’s career.
